Krown Point acquired the property in partnership with a private family office and KRW Realty Advisors in Q1 2023. The property is comprised of three separate buildings with a diverse mix of tenants including a regional grocery operator, national fast food chain, daycare center and local gym. Following our acquisition, our partnership plans to roll out a new leasing program to target the current vacancy and pre-lease the additional commercial expansion. We will also implement a number of capital improvements including the installation of electric car charging stations, repair of the parking lot and sidewalks, addition of new lighting and upgrades to the landscaping and irrigation system.
