Our Business
Krown Point Capital is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, construction and management firm focused on making opportunistic and value-add investments across the U.S. The firm’s principals have been involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of over $1 billion of real estate across the office, residential, industrial, retail, land, hospitality, and senior housing sectors.
Founded in June 2020 by Reggie Kronstadt, the company’s leadership team has extensive experience in the entitlement, design, construction and management of residential and commercial projects. Krown Point currently has a pipeline of over $500M of residential and commercial projects across the Northeast and select markets in the Southeast.

Full development capabilities to manage projects from conception and pre-development through project completion and stabilization. In-house construction management, general contracting, and project management capabilities to supervise construction activities from commencement through turnover.

Hands-on property management and asset management capabilities to maintain and manage the quality of assets from project completion through asset disposition. Internal leasing capabilities and extensive leasing broker relationships ensure a dynamic and well-positioned tenant mix across both commercial and residential assets.
