Meet Our Team

Reggie Kronstadt is responsible for sourcing acquisitions, project conceptualization, strategic capital and development partnerships, and overseeing all development activities within the company. In addition, Reggie heads Krown Point’s efforts to secure project entitlements, and takes a particular interest in site assemblage, zoning and land use. After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University, Reggie worked at Westport Capital Partners, a $3.8B investment manager, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management across Westport’s opportunistic and core-plus funds. During that time, Reggie completed the acquisition and disposition of over $500M of real estate across the residential, senior housing, land and industrial sectors. Prior to Westport, Reggie worked with City Center Real Estate where he specialized in land assemblage and air right transfers across NYC. Reggie then joined the Hunt Companies to be part of their newly formed private equity strategies group where he focused on residential and commercial developments across the U.S. with a focus on NYC and the Southeast.

As Senior Project Manager for Krown Point, Perry oversees all design, development and construction activities within the company. Perry manages each step of the firm’s projects from design conceptualization, through construction documentation and procurement, to project completion. Perry also takes a particular interest in establishing unit layouts and site programming to maximize project efficiency. Perry has extensive experience working with Blue Beam, Primavera and AutoCAD and spends significant time on project scheduling and the pre-construction and bidding process. Prior to joining Krown Point, Perry served as a Project Manager at Walsh Construction where he oversaw the $4B redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport. Prior to joining Walsh, Perry worked as an Engineer and Project Manager at Sunoco and T.M. Bier & Associates. Perry received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.

Eric joined Krown Point in January 2024 as a Project Superintendent to supervise the field construction of active projects. Eric helps ensure that the schedule, project budget, site safety and quality standards are achieved and that subcontractor scopes are adequately completed in accordance with construction drawings. Eric comes with 10 years of experience managing all phases of building construction, site work and renovation projects including commercial, residential and municipal projects. Prior to joining Krown Point, Eric was a Project Manager at A.J. Virgilio Construction where he oversaw the construction of pre-cast bridge structures for Massachusetts Department of Transportation. Before that, Eric was an Assistant Project Manager at PDS Engineering & Construction where he supervised various projects and was involved in coordinating the full design scopes including architectural, MEP, structural, and civil drawings. Eric received his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University and now resides in Tolland, CT.

As a Property Manager for Krown Point, Will oversees the day-to-day operations, tenant engagement, and capital initiatives for the firm’s grocery-anchored shopping center in Ellington, CT. Will manages tenant relations, oversees third party vendors, helps negotiate service contracts and provides support in all operational budgeting, capital improvements and lease administration. Will’s experience includes working at Cornerstone Properties for over 16 years overseeing a Connecticut and Massachusetts portfolio of open-air retail centers anchored by national grocery brands. Earlier in his career, Will worked as a Maintenance Superintendent at Garden Homes. Will now resides in East Granby, CT with his wife and two kids

Joni joined Krown Point in October 2025 as a Property Accountant. She is responsible for leading cash management and preparing all monthly financial reports for operating properties and development projects, preparing loan draw documents, reconciling job cost budgets, and reviewing construction pay applications. Joni comes with extensive experience having previously worked at Blumenfeld Development Group. While at Blumenfeld, Joni oversaw day-to-day accounting and operations for eight retail properties. Through her experience, Joni fostered deep experience in property level accounting. Joni attended SUNY Old Westbury School of Business where she concentrated in Accounting and now resides in Long Island, NY with her family

Vincent joined Krown Point in October 2025 as a Property Superintendent tasked with overseeing all day-to-day operations at 100 Crossways Park Dr W, our 153,000 sq. ft. office building in Woodbury, NY. Vinny is responsible for maintaining all building systems, leading building maintenance and capital initiatives,  third-party vendor management, ongoing tenant engagement, and supervising tenant buildouts. Vinny attended Nassau Community College where he concentrated in Hotel & Restaurant Management and now resides in Bayville, NY with his family
