Krown Point acquired the site in Q3 2022 in partnership with Connecticut Realty Trust and KRW Realty Advisors. Prior ownership had already completed a significant portion of the site work including clearing & grubbing, rough grading, stormwater management systems, stockpiling the topsoil and utility trenching for the electrical, sewer and water lines. Prior to commencing the vertical construction, we will complete the unfinished site scope including installation of community sidewalks, full community roads, and fine grading of all the balanced lots in preparation for our first foundations. We are targeting construction commencement in late Q4 2023 with construction expected to occur over 24 months.
