100 Crossways is a 95% leased office building on 7.94 acres with 584 parking spaces. The building was developed in 1973 and has a diverse roster of 40 tenants. Krown Point acquired the property in partnership with KRW Realty and a private family office in April 2023. Our partnership plans to reintroduce the building to the local leasing community with an aggressive marketing strategy and roll out a new capital program to upgrade the lobby, café, common corridors and build out turnkey office suites.
