The North Haven site is approximately 1.6 acres and will include the development of a 7-Eleven with 6 fueling stations (12 pumps) and a 4,824 sq. ft. convenience store.
Krown Point is the developer and general contractor for this built-to-suit development. Upon completion, the property will be 100% leased to 7-Eleven on a 15-year triple net lease. Krown Point recently acquired the site and will commence construction in December 2025 with 7 eleven expected to open the facility in Q3 2026.
