Krown Point acquired the site off-market in Q3 2022 in partnership with Connecticut Realty Trust. During the 9 month contract period, our partnership worked through additional entitlements to reprogram the site and bring the unit count from 71 homes to 90 homes. We also reconfigured the site layout to incorporate community amenities including a full clubhouse, resort style pool, fire pits, bocce court and grilling stations. Construction commenced in late Q2 2023 with a 24 month project timeline. The development will include two and three-story townhome style units each with private single car or two car garages. The project will total 153,000 rentable sq. ft. with each unit averaging > 1,700 sq. ft. The community will offer 9 floorplans with 2 – 4 bedrooms layouts ranging in size from 1,400 – 2,000 sq. ft.
