The Grand Luxury Homes is one of the first Class-A build-to-rent developments in the Northeast offering spacious, luxury rental living in three and four bedrooms layouts. Units range in size from 1,680 – 2,300 sq. ft. with attached garages in every home and private, backyard patios.

Located in the scenic Farmington Valley, The Grand Luxury Homes is a 75 unit build-to-rent development comprised of 56 two-family attached homes and 19 single family detached homes. Krown Point developed the project in partnership with Connecticut Realty Trust and Monument Square Investment Group. The Sponsorship acquired the site off-market in Q1 2021 and subsequently secured entitlements for an additional 25 units. Construction commenced in late Q3 2021 with construction completed at the end of Q2 2023. The project total 140,000 gross sq. ft. across 35 acres. Each home has a private garage with extensive on-site community amenities including a resort-style pool, dog park, electric car charging stations, grilling stations, fire pits, and a full clubhouse.
